Fusion-X redefines performance expectations. Engineered with a proprietary blend of polyester and HMPE fibers, it bridges the gap between traditional synthetics and full-HMPE constructions—delivering measurable strength gains without full-HMPE cost. A proprietary coating enhances abrasion resistance and incorporates bi-color twist identification for faster inspection and improved line management. Stronger per diameter than polyester, Fusion-X enables increased working length on existing drums and winches. Compared to HMPE, its higher elongation improves energy absorption and load control under dynamic conditions. Fusion-X comes standard with Samson’s IntelliTagTM, an integrated RFID-enabled identification solution that provides critical rope traceability and asset management capability.
