How far back does the order history go?
The order history displays orders made within the past six months.

Can I track my UPS orders?
Yes. Our order tracker gives you the ability to track your orders simply by clicking on the UPS url in the order tracker.

Can I see the status of a particular line item in an order?

Yes. You can see the status of each particular line item in your order. It will list if the item has shipped, when it has shipped, and a description of the product.

What if I lost my password?
Retrieiving your password is easy. If we have your e-mail address on file go to the retrieve password page. If you're unsure, go to the page anyway. If we have your e-mail address on file, the page will send you your login information. If we do not, the page will notify you and direct you to contact us at (360)384-4669 ext. 343 where we can then set up your account.
