Tracking your order online is easy! All
you need is your customer number and assigned password. If you
don't already have a password please e-mail us at ordertracker@samsonrope.com with your customer number and we will provide you with a password.
The order history displays orders made within the past six months.
Yes. Our order tracker gives you the ability to track your orders
simply by clicking on the UPS url in the order tracker.
Yes. You can see the status of each particular line item in your
order. It will list if the item has shipped, when it has shipped,
and a description of the product.
Retrieiving your password is easy. If we have your e-mail address
on file go to the retrieve password page. If you're unsure, go
to the page anyway. If we have your e-mail address on file, the
page will send you your login information. If we do not, the page
will notify you and direct you to contact us at (360)384-4669
ext. 343 where we can then set up your account.
